Alex Kamai serves as Director – Underwriting, Risk, and Operations for Revere’s commercial real estate lending platform. In this role, Alex will help to grow Revere’s new institutional bridge lending program and Revere’s real estate lending platform as a whole. Prior to joining Revere, Alex served as Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Cohen & Company.  Prior to Cohen, Alex spent approximately 6 years at Bancorp where he was responsible for underwriting, originating, and working hand in hand with team’ capital markets team on bridge lending and CMBS transactions across multifamily, retail, hospitality, and office properties. His expertise in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions will be instrumental in expanding Revere’s lending platform.

 

Alex earned his BA from Dartmouth College in Economics.
