Investment Criteria:

  • Target Geographies: Top 40 U.S. MSAs with a particular focus on high growth secondary markets.
  • Target Investment Size: $3 million to $50 million per opportunity
  • Target Return Profile: 8%-10% Net IRR

High Yield Real Estate Bridge Lending

Strategy: Provide short-duration bridge loans to middle market commercial real estate sponsors.

Investment Criteria:

  • Target Geographies: Secondary and tertiary U.S. MSAs, with a particular focus on high growth markets.
  • Target Investment Size: $3 million to $50 million
  • Target Return Profile: 11-14% Net IRR
