Jeff Ledyard is the Senior Vice President of Special Assets at Revere Capital, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of non-performing loans and REO properties spanning multiple asset classes. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jeff has originated, managed, and developed over $1.5 billion in transactions throughout his career.

 

Before joining Revere, Jeff led real estate investment and development initiatives for a Dallas-based family office. He also held the role of Director at Caddis Healthcare Real Estate, where he negotiated more than $800 million in credit facilities and acquisition financing, while managing the acquisition and disposition of healthcare assets.  Jeff earned his degree in Finance from the College of Business at the University of Texas at Arlington.

 

Jeff is married with two children and resides in Arlington, Texas.
