Phil is a Vice President in Revere’s Capital Formation department. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining capital relationships with independent RIAs, family offices, HNW individuals, and other investors. Prior to Revere, he was a Director of Private Capital at Westmount Realty Capital. He has a broad range of finance, investment, and commercial real estate experience spanning firms including Goldman Sachs, Russell Investments, Invesco Real Estate, and Pennybacker Capital.

Phil is a graduate of Hobart College in upstate New York, and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a CFA Charterholder.
