Kris Boudreau

Vice President of Originations

Kris Boudreau serves as Revere’s Vice President of Originations. Kris brings more than 20 years of diverse real estate and finance experience including debt origination and structuring, asset management, development and leasing. His responsibility is to grow debt originations primarily on the West Coast through strong broker and borrower relationships. Prior to joining Revere, he was a Production Manager with Sabal Capital Partners originating permanent financing on behalf of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He was also Head of Originations for Plum Lending where he brokered bridge and permanent financing to banks, CMBS, agency, life company and specialty finance lenders. Kris began his lending career with A10 Capital where he was originating both bridge and permanent loans nationwide. He also held senior positions with national development and property management firms including Fairfield Residential and Greystar.

Kris earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Idaho.
