Nick Weatherford

Director of Underwriting, Real Estate

Nick Weatherford serves as Director of Underwriting for Revere’s Real Estate team. He has responsibility for underwriting commercial real estate loan transactions. Nick has more than 15 years of experience in property valuation, underwriting, asset management, financial analysis, market research and due diligence. Prior to joining Revere, Nick served as Director of Underwriting in the investment sales division of Edge Realty. Earlier, Nick was at Sarofim Realty Advisors where he was a member of the acquisitions team placing equity on behalf of institutional clients in office and retail assets nationally and performing asset management on existing properties in the portfolio. Nick began his career in commercial real estate as a senior financial analyst on the investment sales team at Cushman & Wakefield.

Nick is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
