Clark B. Briner

Founder & Principal

In his position with Revere Capital, Clark B. Briner oversees the company’s open-ended discretionary specialty finance and commercial real estate bridge lending funds. Since its launch in 2006, Revere Capital has deployed over two billion dollars through multiple discretionary funds.

Mr. Briner brings more than two decades of institutional structuring, investment and financial experience to his Revere Capital role, thanks to his background as an owner, advisor, restructuring agent and credit/equity provider within the asset-backed investment arena. He also gained significant experience in the institutional investment space while serving in senior positions with MacFarlan Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank’s investment Banking group.

In addition to his experience in the real estate and specialty finance debt markets, Mr. Briner has deep political knowledge having served in multiple positions at the state and federal levels. He earned a Bachelor of Science with honors from Texas Tech University and an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

Mr. Briner is married with three children and resides in Dallas, Texas.
