Revere’s commercial real estate strategy focuses on direct loans on most real estate classes, with proceeds typically applied to acquisition, rehabilitation, recapitalization, and discounted purchases of both performing and sub-performing loans. In most cases, Revere differentiates itself from traditional financing sources by its ability to underwrite more complex credits and provide certainty of execution on compressed timelines.

Transitional Bridge Lending

We specialize in structured, short-term bridge loans (12-24 months) ranging from $5MM to $30MM for Multifamily, Retail, Industrial, Self-storage, Office, Special-use and discounted notes. Our loans are typically utilized for the acquisition and re-capitalization of properties not ready for bank, CMBS, GSE or life company loans, or value-add properties requiring bridge debt to execute a business plan prior to sale or refinance with conventional debt.

Institutional Bridge Lending

We also specialize in medium term loans up to five years (3-1-1 or 2-1-1-1) for institutional bridge loans ranging from $10MM to $50MM for Multifamily, Retail, and Office assets. Our loans typically assist real estate investors in staging their investments for long-term debt instruments, such as agency, CMBS, or long-term bank financing.
