Mike Giannone serves as Director for Revere’s Real Estate team. He has responsibility for debt origination, structuring and sourcing investment opportunities. Mr. Giannone has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate space, with a focus on debt and equity placement spanning all asset classes. Prior to joining, Mr. Giannone was the Head of Capital Markets at ROAN Ventures, at CT-based development firm. 

Prior to that, Mr. Giannone was a Director at Calmwater Capital, a Los Angeles based commercial real estate lender, where he led the firm’s East Coast office and closed in excess of $500M in transactions.  Mr. Giannone started his career in Real Estate Debt with Revere Capital in 2011, where he served as Vice President, responsible for the financing of transitional commercial real estate assets nationwide. 

Mr. Giannone began his career at Cushman & Wakefield where he was part of the Mid-Atlantic industrial sales and leasing team.

Mr. Giannone lives in Connecticut with his wife and three sons.
